Care 24 hours a day
At Sherwood Grange we provide excellent general nursing care with a qualified nurse on call 24 hours a day. Our dedicated nurses and carers handle every situation in a professional and friendly manner.
Residents are encouraged to retain the services of their existing GP, however a local GP is also available and visits regularly.
Our nursing care provides:
- 24-hour nursing care and assistance
- Regular medical assessments and blood pressure monitoring
- Medication management
- Assistance with eating, personal care, bathing and hygiene
- Nurse call system in every bedroom
