Mel Watson
The Nominated Individual
Mel has worked in the care industry for the last 20 years in various roles which include H & S Manager and Human Resources Manager for 21 homes, Regional Manager for 6 homes and Operations Director for 8 homes. He is registered with the Care Quality Commission as a Nominated Individual and has been deemed a fit person by them.
Lisa Allsop (RGN)
Home Manager
Lisa has worked as a manager for over 9 years. She first obtained registration with the Care Quality Commission in 2014 for a 38 bed EMI home. In 2015 she transferred to a 49 bed EMI and challenging behaviour home. She has completed the cornerstones of dementia, dementia care mapping, and level 5 diploma in health and social care management. Since qualifying as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in 2006 she has worked mainly in the private sector in dementia settings. Lisa operates an open door policy and is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm should you have anything you wish to discuss. Appointments may be made outside normal working hours.
